GayTalk 2.0 – Episode 334 – The Rona Got Him Again!

After a week off due to the never ending gift that keeps on giving COVID, we are back! We kick off the show with our normal round table, tom covers his third COVID experience. Nick talks about Gala Planning and taking on an officer role at the New Haven Pride Center. Jae talks about about his allergies. Tom closes the first half of the show with a story about Chris Pappas, a Democrat from New Hampshire, married his partner over the weekend.

We come back on the second half with a story about Gay Lawmaker David Cicilline announcing his resignation from Congress. Tom and Nick then realize that Jae is all grown up and is ready to spread his wings as he brings us a prepared story of an individual who seems to be cured of HIV. Tom then moves us into a conversation about a Prep implant treatment that could be the future of HIV prevention.

These are stories shared with us by our beloved Mama Kim. Every week Kim sends us stories from a variety of publications that are specifically related to the LGBTQ community and are a great way to stay on top of what’s going on in the community.
