The Mezcal Margarita
- 2 oz Mezcal
- 3/4 oz cointreau orange liquor
- 3 oz local RIPE margarita mix
- Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into glass filled with ice. Optional salted or sugared rim. Garnish with fresh lime. Enjoy!
